Investor1st Funding was founded to solve a real problem in real estate investing: traditional banks are too slow, too rigid, and don't understand investment deals. We work with a network of vetted private lenders and hard money lenders to source fast, flexible financing for investors at every stage.
As a broker, we shop your deal across multiple lenders to find the best rates and terms — at no extra cost to you. We earn a small broker fee from the lender, which means you get access to competitive capital without paying a premium for our service.
