Investor1st Funding provides loan brokerage services, connecting real estate investors with private lenders. We are not a direct lender. Loan approval is subject to each lender's individual underwriting guidelines.

No Guarantee of Financing

Submitting a loan inquiry does not guarantee loan approval or specific terms. All loan decisions are made by the funding lender, not Investor1st Funding.
